You’ll learn high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, as well as effective ventilation using barrier devices, the use of an AED, and team-based resuscitation protocols.

This class is ideal for the general public, teachers, coaches, personal trainers, babysitters, and workplace teams. You'll learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants and how to use an AED safely and effectively.

- No medical background required
- Hands-on practice with CPR manikins and AEDs
- Realistic emergency scenarios
- Class length: 3.0 hours

This combined course provides CPR/AED training plus essential first aid for common medical emergencies like bleeding, allergic reactions, stroke, and burns. Great for daycares, construction sites, fitness centers, schools, and community leaders.

- Includes CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Interactive instruction with real-life scenarios
- Hands-on bleeding control, bandaging, EpiPen practice
- Class length: 4.5 hours

STOP THE BLEED® is a national awareness campaign that teaches people how to respond quickly to life-threatening bleeding. This course empowers participants with skills to stop bleeding until EMS arrives—critical for mass casualty events, accidents, or workplace injuries.
What to Expect:
- American College of Surgeons certification of completion
- Learn how to apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and apply a tourniquet
- Hands-on practice with commercial and improvised tools
- Class length: 90 minutes
- Can be taught as a stand-alone class or added to any CPR/First Aid training
